We are using analytics to enhance Airbnb operations. We also offer automated responses that Airbnb hosts can give to their guests, from all messages in their pipeline, from inquiry to reservation.

Target Audience

Airbnb hosts with more than 10 listings, people that are into Airbnb professionally but have limited time to deal with their guest flow (inquiries, bookings, reviews).

How do people solve this problem now?

Today, Airbnb hosts are writing their own comments, reviews and answer the reviews of their guests, thus losing valuable time. We are solving that by automating their responses by harnessing the text messages of their hosts. We estimate that we can cut response times by 75%.
