Employee Engagement Survey, in Chrome

Description

"Friday Tab" will be a chrome extension that allows managers to track employee feeling & engagement, without the hassle. Basically, once a week, on Friday, when employees will open a new tab on Google chrome (+other extensions), they’ll be proposed to answer to a quick survey, anonymously, directly in their tab Survey example: "On a scale from 1 to 10, how has been your level of stress this week?"

Target Audience

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), mainly startups who want to be sure that their employees are feeling well. Depending on the size of the companies, the main target are CEO (for small companies), and HR Managers for bigger companies.

How do people solve this problem now?

A lot of tools allow to implement employee surveys (the market is big). Friday Tab will be an alternative to this problem.
