Flavorite - Corporate Incentives
Our company provides corporate non-monetary incentives through coupons that can be redeemed at our providers network. Having a non-monetary incentive can boost productivity by 34% in the KPIs. We have over 30 different providers ranging from restaurants to gyms. We want to develop a digitalized way to redeem the incentives.
We work mainly with multinational companies. The team range from 50 to 1,000 employees. We have two main audiences sales teams and HR incentives.
How do people solve this problem now?
We have a physical coupon created for each company that is redeemable but it limits our opportunity to scale. Also, it makes logistics a challenge since the companies give us 2-5 working days to collect all the coupons and make them a report of how the incentives are spent.
