Description

Users can use the SAAS service to prepare and launch e-NPS employee surveys themselves, without involving consultants, and get nice pdf reports on-the-fly. It would be at least 5 times cheaper compared to the current mode (when human consultants prepare reports manually).

Target Audience

Owners and CEO of small (FTE<100) companies, HR managers of middle-sized companies (100-1000).

How do people solve this problem now?

1) ignore the opinion of their employees 2) do survey themselves (cheap, not reliable, lacks market benchmarks) 3) ask human consultants to organize and conduct the survey (reliable, but expensive, ~USD800+ per project)
