A place that allows people to refer other people to get a job and get bonus for yourself

Description

Create a platform to let referrers find the candidates to refer and get bonus from the company. Most company have a refer program but not all the employees has a chance to use it and profit from it. This platform will connect the gap between job searchers and the employees who are willing to help.

Target Audience

1. Job searcher, most likely to be students. 2. Employees who are with the company and want to make some extra money.

How do people solve this problem now?

People use LinkedIn and poke around to see if they can get a refer, which is annoying for some people. Otherwise it's very difficult for the job searcher to find the right person to help. For the referrers, they're passively waiting for people to contact them and get the bonus, which is very inefficient.
