There are sites that are operated by business brokers but I believe the industry comes off as shady and there are a lot of nda's that need to be signed each time you want to inquire about a business and the paperwork isn't always consistent and transparent. For buyers and sellers, a streamlined process with transparency would make the process more efficient.
